​Shipping Info, Terms, & Health Guarantee
At no additional cost, geckos will be held for shipping until the weather permits on both ends. We will not ship until overnight and daytime temperatures on both ends reach between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit. We offer a two week health guarantee on all geckos. If your gecko falls ill within those two weeks, when returned, we will either; replace it or offer a credit for the amount paid to our PayPal towards another gecko. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless stated (our website includes shipping prices). You must be available to accept the package at your door at time of delivery and contact us via e-mail or phone one hour after delivery to let us know the package was received, or this health guarantee will be null and void. Health guarantee does not include outside injuries. Examples of injuries we do not cover include, but are not limited to: cat attacks, burns, getting caught in an enclosure door, choking on feeder insects which were too large, etc etc. This guarantee does not include tail loss. Refunds are subject to questions about your husbandry practices as well as photo or video proof of injury or death. We only ship to the continental (48 states) United States. We offer shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight/ReptileExpress. Fedex Priority Overnight shipments arrive by 10:30AM. If you do live in an area that is not as populated, you may not recieve your gecko(s) by this time. We are not responsible for carrier delays or other issues with the carrier. We will work with you to keep you informed of any/if delays. We prefer to ship Monday night for a Tuesday delivery, Tuesday night for Wednesday delivery. This is for the safety of the gecko(s) and helps in case a lost package needs to be re-routed or take longer than expected. Payment is accepted through Paypal. Shipment is made to the address listed in the Paypal fields. Please make sure your Paypal information is up-to-date when making payment. We will verify your shipping address with you before shipment and we also ask that you have a contact phone number to add to the package. All geckos/packages sent are confirmed 48-72 hours before shipping. An effort will be made to contact you 1 week prior to notify of your ship date. If we have not confirmed shipping with you within 24 hours of time to ship, all funds except the 20% deposit, will be refunded and your gecko(s) will be re-listed for sale. If you are unable to receive gecko(s)/package at the time we are ready to ship, we will hold until you are ready at no additional charges. All geckos have 20% non refundable deposit if orders are canceled.

​Payment plans:
Geckos listed over $100.00 will be considered for payment plans (contact us first). Down payment must be at least 1/4 the cost of the gecko, and payment must be completed within 30 days from the date of initial down payment. If full payment is not made within 30 days (unless a communicated change is made) your deposit will be forfeited and the gecko(s) will be re-listed. Payment is accepted through Paypal. We prefer all geckos are paid in FULL. We list our geckos for a very reasonable price making it easier for the buyer to pay in FULL or pay off a deposit on a gecko within 30 days..

We reserve the right to refuse sale. No geckos are held, reserved, or promised unless payment is made.
